From East Erwin to Old Bullard
Lalo's is a family business. It spent three years downtown as Lalo's Mexican Dogos, inside Bricks on East Erwin Street, then moved four and a half miles south in May 2026.
The drive south
The last day downtown was May 3, 2026. The new place is on Old Bullard Rd, just south of Loop 323 at Rice Rd, down Broadway from where it started.

What Old Bullard added
In the flyer's words: a “full dining experience & bigger exciting menu.”
- A dining room. Wood ceiling, palm-leaf fans, hanging plants, a painted mariachi skeleton and a Bienvenidos mural wrapped around the windows. Sit down and stay.
- A bigger menu. The dogos came along, and now there are enchiladas, chilaquiles, steaks off the grill, salads and menudo on weekends. See the menu.
- A sign on the road. Purple, lit at night, out front on Old Bullard.
Open every day from 11 AM
“We want to thank God, our family, and everyone who has supported our small family business the past three years.”
